Deposits:
50% payment is due upon receipt of your rental confirmation, balance one week before your arrival. For your Christmas reservation (Dec. 20 through January 4) and Easter reservations we need your prepayment four weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund at NO Show and all Christmas reservations (December 20 through January 4) and Easter reservations. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged with a penalty fee of two nights. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged with a penalty fee of 50% of reserved rental.
